Interview
-- first round is GD they only eliminate those who hardly talk or a under presser guys(1 of my friend he talk better than me)
-- second round is W&G test which check your analytical ability (small homework can help you with this)
--third round Online english accent test you have to answer few question and repeat 3 small story (which didn't need to be same as describe by computer but its should depict same meaning )
-- interview round only to check your communication only trust me

interview 1 question is "what would you do if a customer want to change address of a order which was ordered by him using cash on delivery but the new address which he wants to change didn't have COD "

What are the types of online frauds you know?
How will you determine if a customer is genuine?

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
