I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Difficult 2 part interview. First part was about my overall experience and current job role. Second part I was asked for very specific examples relating back to the Amazon "Leadership Principles" for the website. I'd recommend thinking up some very specific examples where you've overcome and obstacle/faced a challenge etc. While preparing for this interview.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
