Not much to say!
There were hell lot of rounds.
To say in brief, 1st was registration, 2nd was HR screening. That day, HR asked us to speak about topic a bit different from regular ones. All who said a new topic got selected in that round(topics like traffic, english is my functional language, and electronics and currencies). Third was Pearson versant written test. In that, there were 10 segments, each of those are pretty simple except 2 segments where you will have main assessments like fill in the blanks without suggestions, passage reconstruction, email writing, etc. Next was mental ability round where you will be having 50-60 questions having different level of acceptances like agree, disagree, strongly agree etc. Then, you will have survey following results. If you clear that, you will have manager round, then HR survey, then pre-hire orientation, then trainer/HR discussion, then comes at final salary discussion.
