Two phone calls. One was brief - checking details, the second was a more senior member of the HR team and was about employment specifics. The process also involved a practice writing task, and then an on-site interview process - which involved being interviewed (and asked similar questions) in four separate 30-minute interviews. Three of the interviewers were from the team I would join, and the fourth was from the HR / recruitment department.
