first round is an online exam in that basic English and aptitude questions will be there ...if you clear it next round will be f2f.......................................................................................................they focus on your communications only

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
