There were around 3 rounds in total. The first round was an online test( similar to behavioral but here questions about customer experience - around 2 hrs). The second round was a technical online test ( based on your role - mostly troubleshooting scenarios - around 1hr ), The third round was an on-site interview ( 2 rounds technical and 2 behavioral - each round about 45min).
Technical questions are not straightforward but they are based on concepts.
