Interview
Tough process, started with a phone screen detailed and deep, followed by 5 back to back interviews with different leaders to go through different aspects of previous job experience applied to the Leadership Principles that are the core way the company works.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Tiresome - 5 rounds of interviews. 1 hiring manager, 3 people in similar higher level roles, 1 bar raiser interview. Bar raiser and hiring manager rounds were more detailed. Other 3 interviewers were asking surface level questions.
