Interview
It was a 20 minute online test that anyone with a high school education could pass. After that was a simple orientation presentation and drug test. A few days later were two days of training. Very simple.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
