It was a campus hire with more than 400. Long process starts with a pre placement talk and an simple aptitude test by which they segregated to 40. Next there was an online typing test to measure your speed of typing. In this round they selected only 8. then next round is listening. This round they selected 5.
Next round was speaking and it was the final round. They finally selected 3 and Iam glad that I'm one of them
