Interview
Interview was held online through amazon's telecom service. On the day of the interview, you were scheduled for 2 different time blocks for 2 separate interviews. The questions were mostly behavioral and there was one question that asked about a scenario as a manager and what you would do.

Name a time where you audited a team to gather data and drive a change with that data.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
