I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Milan) in Jun 2013
Interview
First I had one phone interview testing my knowledge about the company and simulating a selling experience. Then I got invited in Milan for a full day of interviews. The interviewers were supervisors of the different sectors involved with the job position and they all made the classical questions "tell me when you had problems with your boss" or " tell me a difficult situation" and this sort of stuff. Many interviewers were not in the office so a conf call was arranged for a remote interview. I'm still waiting for the train ticket refund as proposed for the interview in their offices.

Question 1
What's your challenge in this position as you are already an experienced Account Manager?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
