Interview
It is quite simple, good communication(not excellent)basically they have 4-5 rounds
1 min simple intro, typing test and phone repeat after me(phone agent), final interview(phone agent).
Interview was not difficult, to be hones easiest interview I've ever had in any customer service company.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
