Apply on website. Amazon makes you do some sort of test afterwards. If you do well, they'll contact you to set up an interview. The interview has three parts. First part is just a briefing. Second part, you'll speak to someone who will ask behavioral questions. Second part, you'll speak to someone who will ask situational questions. In about a week, they'll let you know whether or not you got the job.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
