Sono stato scartato dopo il colloquio telefonico senza nemmeno ricevere un feedback, ho semplicemente ricevuto un email automatica. Contattata la persona che mi ha intervistato la sua risposta "Non siamo tenuti a dare motivazioni"

Le domande seguono il sistema STAR, tutte comportamentali. Le persone che ti ascoltano sembrano seguire un copione
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
