1 phone screen on the behavior questions (1 hour) and 6 sessions on-site screen (risk management, conflict management, technical questions, behavior questions)
Besides the technical questions, all questions are like common " Tell me about a time ....." style questions. Technical questions are non-coding session, and it's about the high level desicussion about the system design.

My impression of the interview was that the interviewer lacked the necessary experience to assess my qualifications for the manager role. The questions did not cover all the aspects of the role's responsibility, such as team building, coaching, and strategic planning.
