1) Extempore
2) analytic written
3) Operations
good english communication and analytical skills will easily fetch you a job. Operation round is bit though , they check your decision making skills, how you engage people etc.
Be confident and prepare resume such that you can explain it. Copying can be a disaster.Always try to engage the HR in your conversation.
