The recruiters were helpful, letting you know what the interview steps will be and directing you to the Amazon interview site for review of both the process and the leadership principles. The hiring manager changed the venue at the time of interview (not before the meeting) from Amazon's meeting app (which I could not access) to a phone interview. Hiring manager was polite, but seemed very distracted. I had been advised that Amazon wants to hear about details from prior jobs/projects, but this manager was not interested in hearing about details at all. He didn't seem to care much about the behavioral questions or my responses to them, and it seemed he was just going through the motions of the interview.
