The overall interview process was long - went through, pre-screening (application resubmission and assessment tests), recruiter introduction, then two interviews with managers of the fulfillment center. The recruiters help you prepare for the interview and give you all the resources you need to succeed.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you made a big mistake. How did you navigate through the mistake?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
