Interview
It was conducted online on a platform named hire pro.
The initial rounds check your English competency with simple grammar sections.
Later on you are taken through Email writing and paragraph reconstruction sections.
After successfully clearing the above rounds, you will receive an email for a virtual interview.
I was asked some general questions like why do I want to get in to BPO and why not tech field.

What will you choose when you are offered a good tech role with in a few months after joining in as Seller support associate?
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
