I completed the application online and was scheduled to come in and take the ID photo. The drug test was a mouth swab and was completed two weeks after working at the Warehouse. I believe it was delayed because of covid.

How did you deal with conflict in your previous job?
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
