It took few months to complete 5 rounds of interview. Overall experience is good. All the rounds are mostly on Amazon leadership principles and my experience in handling different situations in my previous job

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon in Sep 2011
Interview
The recruiter called asked a few questions about my management style. He than explained their hiring process.Then asked if I had any questions. After that he offered me a interview at one of their sites. Once i was at the site for the interview it was not as oranized as i thought it would have been. My interviewer were not in sink with each other.
