I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
absolutely ridiculous process of vetting... the belief of superiority begins with the initial recruiter interview.
FYI - Jeff Besos believes if you are not fearful of losing your job every day, then you shouldn't be at AWS. No job is worth that ridiculous stress. Yes, you want a job that challenges you and provides growth opportunities... an environment that fosters brilliant brains to collaborate together, not take actions and drive decisions based on fear. At the rate they fire their employees, it's not worth it.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
All the best to everyone going for the interview.

1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
