Regular interview process for amazon: phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with team member, phone interview with manager, then group interviews. All of the questions were behavioral and responses were expected to follow their preferred STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Make sure to prep lots of answers/STAR's for their leadership principles.

Interview
2 phone screens, 1 phone interview, then declined due to location change for the role. The next step would have been an in-person day-long interview. Interview is not too hard, but requires preparation.
