Applied online and was given a direct hire option. No interview, merely a drug test and education verification, and identity verification, I was given a contingent offer if I passed the drug and background check. Was given a short presentation on Amazon, told benefits and the expectation. Then took my badge photo. Overall easiest way I've gotten a job.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
