Interview
First they sent me a screening exercise that required me to answer a series of questions based on a simulated work situation. After I passed the exercise, an interview loop was set up. There was a 4 person loop, each person from a different department. All questions were behavioural questions.

Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.

Leadership principles with examples that can be prepared beforehand in full, each loop goes through some leadership principles with deep diving questions to drill to the bottom root. Same process throughout the whole cycle
