Interview
After the assessment, it took around two months for them to schedule the interview. It was held virtually through amazon chime, and they asked mostly situation based questions. It lasted for around 20-30 mins. The interviewer was very pleasant and welcoming.

They ask questions to test your analytical skills and ask about your previous experience or any crisis you handled in the pass. And like I mentioned earlier, situational questions.

What are the types of online frauds you know?
How will you determine if a customer is genuine?
What was the most challenging situation in your previous role and how did you overcome it?

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
