One of the interviewers located in Luxembourg had such a bad level of English, it was mind-blowing. I had to ask for clarification to every he said, which made him clearly frustrated and affected my interview process negatively.

A test on a platform, simulation of a normal working day (emails, conclusion of meeting, etc)
After passing the first test, invited to a back-to-back 1-on-1 interview on 16 leadership principles (2 Sr manager level)

2x30 minute interviews based on Amazon's leadership principles in R1. If you make it to the next stage, you have 2x45 minute interviews based on LPs again. Asked 2 LPs each in R21 and 2-3 in R2.

The interview process comprises of 2 interviews that are 30 minutes and 2 interviews that are 45 minutes with various interviewers (not from your department team but elected interviewers). Interview process was pleasant.
