      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015

      Interview

4 interviews of 30 minutes each... Good cop/bad cop strategy... 2 case questions, one had nothing to do with the company and the ther was about one of the company categories. Very behavioral, they are tryign to find the 14 leadership principles on your answers. Interviewers will be writing in their laptops all thhe time, so its hard to gain eye contact with them at the beggining

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      MBA RLD Program Interview

      Nov 3, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Amazon

      Interview

4x 45-minute virtual interviews - some without even the camera on zoom - with sometimes 2 interviewers per interview. Back to back without many breaks. 95% of the interview was behavioral "tell me about a time.." I had prepared my examples well, but it's sometimes very hard to come up with an example that fits the interviewer's question on the spot. They dig very deep on details.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you came up with something out of the box at work
