I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2014
Interview
One online assessment including two technical questions and one personality assessment, online assessment was quite typical and straightforward.
Then onsite interview with a lunch, small campus tour, and 4 one-hour interview sessions.
During interview sessions, you will be staying in a conference room and interviewers will be coming to your room by every hour. It can be a one to one interview or one to several (two or three) interview. Some may start off with questions about project experience.
