I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Two-45 minute interviews. Will ask you questions about personal experience you wouldn't be family with. I was asked about a time I improved revenue with a change in operations I made. I was in the Marines for nine-years; we don't operate on 'revenue'.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you approach another manager whose employee was able to get time reimbursed for being late (against company policy) while one of your employees wasn't reimbursed?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
