Overall the interview process was smooth simple. If you are able to use the STAR format to articulate your past experiences and connect it to the position, your golden. I came on as a college hire and had 3 interview all in the same day. None of the questions were hard, just be prepared to use the leadership principles.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
