Interview
It was during Interview with multiple rounds.Had versant rounds and simulation rounds followed by hr round.Interview is computer based assesment,it may be tiring as interview is lenghty.You need to have windows 8 or 10 and can complete interview from home.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
