Standard Amazon interview with alignment to the leadership principles. Questions were mostly asked for standard scenarios for customer facing environment. It is important you are prepared to submit your responses in a STAR format (google for more insights) or an SBI format. Followup questions & standard cultural fit questions were asked to assess candidature across 4-5 rounds followed by a bar raiser which is independent assessment of candidature

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
