Great for a quick easy hiring process. No interview, easy drug screen and background check. They pay for your shoes as well as the orientation , they work with you and make sure you are fully trained and comfortable before they just throw you on the floor and all of the jobs I’ve encountered are easy.

There wasn't much of an interview. Maybe because it was a new warehouse and they desperately needed people.. didn't ask about previous experience or anything. They just asked which days and times I was available.
