4+ hours interview process. Very time consuming, and was sent the wrong assignment, so the correct one had to be completed after deadline because of their mistake. All that to be rejected by voicemail 2 days after final interview!

Leadership principle questions. 4 interviewees asked from 3 to 5 questions each. With 2-3 questions relating to other aspects of the job. I studied and prepared for weeks for this final interview and still didn't get it soo not sure what their hiring criterias are.
