Two round interview process consisting of a phone screen, and then a series of 4 interviews, each one hour in duration. Interviews were primarily made up of behavioural questions (e.g. tell me about a time when...)

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
