I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxembourg)
Interview
Way too much preparation and focus on the leadership principles. I had 6 interviews, 1 with hiring manager, 5 with panel interview. The amount of situational questions (around 50) is just ridiculous, different interviewers ask the same questions and you can't tell the same example. You basically have to be a storyteller. Not realistic whatsoever. They ask a lot about negatives, what are you bad at. The reason for not getting hired was that this is a data driven company and I didn't use enough data in my answers... for an executive assistant role...

Tell me about a time something went wrong, what were you doing, how did you deal with it…
Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.
