Convocation sur le site de Lauwin Planqué (proche de Douai) pour 4 entretiens avec 4 opérationnels, exerçant dans différents domaines (pour ma part un RH, un responsable logistique et deux responsables de zone).
Visite du site pour 4 entretiens de 45 min à la suite.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
