Online test (workplace attitudes and logical reasoning) with negotiation case simulation on different scenarios and then one hour interview on behavioural questions based on the leadership principles. Not necessary to prepare for the test, but you can think of past situations and experiences to be better prepared for the interview.
It was fine but nothing special. Typical questions for an intern applying for an internship program. You wouldn't be surprised. Come with good questions. That always helps. Worst case scenario you don't get it.
