Call with recruiter to discuss expectations, salary, and the interview process, aptitude test, then seven hour-long rounds of interviews with various members of the team. The questions were centered around giving examples of my past experience and how I was able to solve problem, find solutions, or how my experience and skills related to the requirements of the role.

The entire process took about 4 weeks to complete. Started with a call with the Recruiter, then a call from the HM, followed by the online Assessment, and then five 1-hour-long interviews over 2 days. They really stick to situational questions based on the Leadership Principles and ask a lot of follow up questions. They ended up hiring an internal candidate.
