Versant exam will be conducted followed by virtual interview. Versant exam will check your english skills and communicatin skills. You should be good in communication skill and should have typing speed.

The interview was conducted by another associate, so I did not feel a strong sense of continuity in the process at first. However, I appreciated that he clearly explained that his role was mainly to gather information and pass it along to HR.
