Challenging yet highly rewarding. Everyone must thoroughly study leadership principles, carefully review your professional background, and be well-prepared to answer hypothetical questions. Strong preparation and attention to detail are essential.
Ok not good not bad. Asked basic questions. Introductory. Was an ok experience. Didnt get offer. Others can try but might not get as well. Did not make it to final stage.
Phone interview with behavioral questions and then 4 hours of more behavioral questions for the next step. They like to ask you the same questions in each interview worded in different ways and expect you to have different stories for each. A lot of the questions have multiple parts and they ask a lot of follow up questions. Hopefully this helps the next person and hopefully you have a lot of interesting stories for one question!
