Two rounds of phone interview. Very easy questions. Found them through a campus career fair. They set up interviews and I talked with two different software engineers. Some basic questions and then they made the offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Robotics
Interview
The entire process is 1 round behavioural 30 min phone interview with a Software Manager and 2 rounds 45 min technical phone interview with SWEs. Really great people, HR turned around everything very quickly, and it felt like I was genuinely having a conversation with the SWEs. They would help when I was stuck, and asked broader design based questions that weren't focused on the nitty gritty of coding, but wanted to see how you would think.
Didn't get an offer sadly, since I didn't do so great in one of the technical interviews, but really enjoyed the experience overall.
