      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016

      Interview

It was a phone interview and then a case study sent through email. The phone interview had a lot of behavioral questions rather than your standard interview. I think they wanted to know more about how to respond/react to tough questions.
