I applied in October 2013
Received an Email to do an Online Interview in November 2013. They Asked 6 questions and you were given about 2 Minutes to answer each Question. They were your basic questions. (Example: Why do you want to work for AA?). The next day I was asked to do another online interview, I was asked an additional two questions. Then Mid November 2013 I was asked to finish an online application on the AA career site. I, then received a call in December 2013 to schedule a face to face interview in Fort Worth/Dallas, TX in January 2014.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
