I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
They split the interview group of around 50-60 people into 4 little groups. Each go through a different interviewer who is also a flight attendant. They have a bunch of cards that you will draw and read the question. You then have to answer that question in STAR method. As long as you are polite, smile, be nice to everyone, and answer in STAR, you'll get the job! Out of my mini-group, the only ones that didn't get the cjo are ones who were either rude(ish) and couldn't answer the questions.
