On campus, first round phone, second round in office. Networking opportunities in between. The office visit had some people from each team as resources to talk to before each interview.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
