I had three rounds of interview for this position: one with HR, one with hiring manager and one with a director from partner groups. Overall I felt the interview went well, but there was just no any response to my inquiry for 3 weeks. They should treat application better than that :(.

Okay experience
The HR recruiter was amazing. However the interview felt like a police interrogation. I would encourage Amex to train more his interviewers. It should be an exchange not interrogation

The interview ended up being for a different job than the one I applied for but I was able to demonstrate my communication skills within 30 minutes. I ended up receiving the job offer at the end of the meeting.
