American Republic Insurance interview questions

Made application, called in for interview, required to complete and pass licensing exam. Spent an hour with GM. He focused on my age and physical capabilities, since I was one of the older candidates he probably had met and I was the oldest hire in that period. Throughout my employment, he constantly quizzed me about my physical capacity to do the job, even though I was present at work every day and did all the requisite cold-calling and field solicitation.

You get and email from the recruiter so you can meet the manager. Interviews are done in three sessions. You have to make a decision quickly because the next group is starting soon.
