IQ questions were asked and candidates have to answer it on their own at a set time (45 questions in 30 minutes)
If you pass the IQ test, you will be shortlisted along with other candidates for the behavioral assessment (face to face session) , if you are not it is the end of the road for you

Interview with foreign langauge It is benefit if you good at other language Job condition is good enough So study langauge is important I think this company is good for engineer who are good at other language

first exam then initial interview then final interview usually in panel of managers and senior ..they try to intimidate you but the truth is they really need new hires so dont sweat so much and just do your best
